ShareWomen, generally hate blemishes or scars on their body and try to get rid of them through various treatments available. But actor Kangna Ranaut has a different view point. On the sets of Tanu Weds Manu, Kangna had to ride a 600cc bullet bike in the narrow lanes of Kanpur. Unfortunately, Kangna met with a serious accident during the shooting of that scene and injured her left foot severely.

The wound was so bad that the shooting was called off for a couple of weeks.Kangna resumed the shooting once the wound healed but the scar of the wound is still prominent on the actors’ foot.

Apparently, the director and the producers of the film volunteered to sponsor for a plastic surgery but Kangna turned down the offer. The 23-year-old actor is of the opinion that the scars are a form of memory and she wants to preserve them as she loves collecting these memories.

ShareBollywood actor Vidya Balan says the audience will see her in a “bolder avatar” in the upcoming movie Dirty Picture. “It doesn’t get bolder than this,” Vidya says. The movie is based on the life of Silk Smitha, one of the most popular sex sirens of the mid eighties in the South Indian film industry. She was known for her bold roles and skimpy outfits. The shooting of the film is set to start soon.

Riding high on the success of her last film No One Killed Jessica, Vidya feels playing Silk Smitha on screen is very interesting as there are no similarities between the two women.

“I have to work hard to portray the character of Silk Smitha because there is no similarity between us. It is really interesting that you play a character, which is totally different from you. I am very excited,” Vidya told reporters on the sidelines of the launch of a book penned by film producer Pritish Nandy.
